Converting a Mazda RX7 to LS Power

Xero believe strogly, that V8's are the best engines around, so it's not really suprising that one of Xero's latest mad projects, is to fit an LS V8 engine into a Mazda RX7.

With the RX7 in the workshop, work began to get the rotary lump out, by lunchtime this was the case, and within a matter of days the appropriate bracketry had been fabricated and coated to support the V8. With the V8 and gearbox installed work began to modify the chassis, in order to support the gearbox and drivedrain bracketry, this meant removing the interior.
